Dear Area Manager DHK,
Reference to your application and subsequent Interview and Training with us, we are pleased to offer you the position of Cherokee Mckenzie, under the Offline Merchant Management Department of SSLCOMMERZ Limited, as a employee_type Employee for the period of duration. Once this agreement has been signed by you, this document shall constitute your complete contract of employment. All rights and obligations pertaining to this position and your employment set forth in this agreement, are as follows:
1. This is a fixed-term agreement for a employee_type employment beginning 31-08-2022 which will be extending till 02-09-2022. During this tenure you shall serve for SSLCOMMERZ Limited only. This agreement can be terminated immediately on completion of the purpose. There exists no expectancy of continued employment or renewal of contract beyond the above-noted term.
2. If the letter of contract completion is not issued to you at the end of the stated period, the period of your contract shall be deemed to have extended for a further period of Cillum animi duis v and you will continue as a employee_type employee during the said extended period on the same terms & conditions as laid down in this letter.
3. Salary:
· Your consolidated benefit will be BDT. Aliquip aperiam sit/- (Aliquip aperiam sit Taka Only) per month for the contact period. The break-up of which is as bellow:

4. Incentive:

· You are required to maintain 16 Instant activation and 27 final activation per working day.
· Minimum number of Instant Activation and Final Activation will be based on the total number of working days in a month. Working days may vary from month to month.
· If the minimum number Instant Activation and Final Activation is not achieved, no incentive will be given.
5. Performance Appraisal:
Your salary may be reviewed annually based on your performance evaluated by the Management assisted by the concerned Departmental Head effective from the date as decided by the Management.
6. Office Time Policy:
Your working days would be from Monday to Thursday. You will enjoy Thursday as your weekly holiday. Your office time will be usually from Dolor ipsum consequ. you may have to work for some additional hours sometimes depending on the status of your task completion and project requirements. However, Management holds the right to change the office schedule anytime.
7. Leave:
· You will be entitled for Repellendus Fugit days Leave in a calendar year. Moreover, you are entitled to avail all Government declared holydays.
· To take any leave you must have to inform and take approval from your line Manager/Supervisor and Human Resource officials.
· For any unauthorized leave and frequent absenteeism, the Management will reserve the right to take actions against you for violating the official decorum.
During the tenure of your service, your contract may be terminated at any time by giving a notice of In non enim alias vo from your side or Nesciunt esse omni from the employer side without mentioning any reason. If you fail to inform the Employer before leaving and leave without completing the official exiting formalities.
9. Security of Information:
You will treat the contents of this agreement as Private and Confidential. It is a condition of employment that any confidential information or papers, which may come into your possession by reason of your employment with the company, shall be treated by you as such and shall not be revealed without proper authority to any person within or outside the company.
· During the period of your employment, the company shall reserve the right to assign you to any place within the company’s or any of its associated concern’s operational area in Bangladesh.
· Sales target and policies may change from time to time basing on Market situation and as per Management decision.
11. Zero Tolerance & Criminal Prosecution for Fraud and Corruption:
You expressly understand and acknowledge that SSLCOMMERZ Limited follows and strictly complies with the applicable laws of the land, rules-regulations, standards, policies, and guidelines of the concerned authorities. As an employee of SSLCOMMERZ Limited, you shall strictly adhere to the laws of the land and follow all policies of SSLCOMMERZ Limited. Furthermore, if you are caught doing any digital manipulation and/or willful misconduct and/or forgery and/or submission of fake documents and/or conduct fraud towards SSLCOMMERZ Limited and/or any other activity contrary to the laws of the land, SSLCOMMERZ Limited’s policy and interest, SSLCOMMERZ Limited holds the right to terminate your employment with immediate effect without giving any notice period, withhold all kinds of payment, prosecute you for fraud and report you to law enforcement agencies as deem appropriate for your unlawful activity.
· For all other service conditions (including disciplinary matters), you will be governed by the relevant provisions of the Company’s Rules & Regulations.
· Any change of your residential address and contact information (including emergency contact) should be notified in writing forthwith to the company.
· If you fail to join on the commencement day without any notification, this contract will be void till date.
· The company reserves the right to change, modify or amend any of the terms stated in this agreement.
Please confirm in writing your acceptance of the terms and conditions of your service contract as stated in this letter. You are requested to sign in the space provided below and return one copy of this letter as a token of your acceptance.
